It would seem logical to me :-) that if one arm of the federal gov (WIC)
promotes BF than the least that another arm of the federal gov (the
military) can do is follow their lead and ensure that BF suceeds - for lots
of reasons, not the least of which is health care costs, which is paid for
by you & me (taxpayers), and workplace issues. Who do we need to go to to
set a military hospital program into place? Our congressperson, the
Secretary of Armed Forces, Hillary, the Surgeon General? Surely this is a
glaring ommission on the part of the military, even if it isn't high on the
