My comment when a "know-it-all" or heckler has been in the audience is to
ask for all questions/comments to be held to the end (and for those who
think of things as we go along to jot them down so as not to forget them)
as we are using a tight time frame and the evaluations they will be asked
to fill out cover the entire lecture.  There is planned time for
questions after I am through.  Have had to repeat it twice occasionally,
but the message gets through eventually.  Then during question time, call
on others first..... :-)
