Just a few additions to this list that, in my experience have brought GREAT
relief, and were first on the list from my internist: chocolate and soda. The
culprit may well be the caffeine, but even non-caffeine sodas still create
problems for me. It was my problem with GERD, by the way, that made a water
drinker out of me, something that has been great for breastfeeding and health
in general.
