I have been using a combination of Blessed Thistle and Fenugreek with great
success.  Blessed Thistle is taken in capsules, 2 - three times per day and
the Fenugreek is taken in tea form 1 cup morning and evening.  If the taste
of Fenugreek tea cannot be tolerated, a small amount of honey can be added
or the Fenugreek can be taken in a tincture form, 15 drops three times a
day.  Usually see a marked increase in milk supply within 48 - 72 hours.
