The herbals I use are:
Fenugreek-- in capsules for increasing milk supply
More Milk--a tincture containing fennel seed, nettle, and blessed thistle
used to increase milkk supply
Sage--tea or powdered or capsules used to decrease milk supply
Rescue Remedy--a tincture containing a combination of five flowers: cherry
plum, clematis, impatiens, rock rose, and star of Bethlehem.. Used as a
calming and to facilitate a MER.
