Kathy and all,
        The comments that I posted about St. John's Wort were those of the author
of the book Hypericum (St. John's Wort) and Depression-- Peter McWilliams.
He did not give any references. I had e-mailed him from their website and
what I posted on Lactnet is what I copied from his response. His answer was
part of his "personal notes on Hypericum".
        I will try to write back to him and ask these questions. I will let you
know if I get a response.
