I don't have a lot of specific info on this--will appreciate hearing if
others do--but I understand it is in the category of MAO (monoamine
oxidase) inhibitors, relatively "dangerous" antidepressants because they
interact with many things, including foods.  I do know this shouldn't be
used in combination with other antidepressants.  I don't think I would
recommend it for a pregnant or breastfeeding mother.
