Dear Sue,

It sounds like this women's supply never really got started.
 Progesterone-only BCP's to increase supply??? I don't think so. I happen to
have a women in a similar situation. She successfully nursed 2 other
children long-term. She delivered twins, one stillborn and the other a week
later at 27 weeks, now 39 weeks and home. She too was never able to pump
more than 10cc from both breasts, used Classic pump from the start, fenugreek
etc. She too, has had her return of menses. I told her not to worry about
that...some women have an early return of menses. She started Reglan 5 days
ago and her supply is increasing nicely. Baby's test weigh's have been over
an ounce at each feeding. We know there are so many factors involved in
these type of situations and we may never know why this occurs exactly but
I'd talk to the HCP about the use of Reglan for increasing milk supply.
