Another thought to share with parents:

Unless there is someone else at home who will get up and prepare the
bottles in the middle of the night, one of them will need to get up to
do so.  The other parent will most likely be comforting two crying
babies in the meantime.  Then all four of them are likely to be very
wide awake for the entire feeding.

While mom may certainly need a third and maybe even fourth hand to latch
on the babes, everyone can stay in bed.  As soon as babies are
proficient at latching, the process gets very quick and simple.

If these parents insist on a night time supplement, help them to limit
it to the middle of the night.
