I believe this is a UNICEF photo which appeared in the SCN Newsletter;
copies should be available from UNICEF New York.  The text describes how the
mother was led to believe she would not have enough milk for both babies.
Because of the prevailing preference for boys, she breastfed the boy and
bottlefed the girl who died a few days after the picture was taken.
