Hi All,
I was bored this afternoon and reading the tv guide. According to
it, Mad About You (Tues. Dec 16) will be a 'real' time show on Jamie
trying to 'teach' baby Mabel to soothe herself to sleep. I wonder how
the show will be handled, as the highlight on it, describes more about,
that while trying to distract themselves from Mabel's crying, their
conversation convinces Jamie that they are incompatible as parents. Also
she starts the process with the comment, "one night of bad, for a
lifetime of good."
I do not like seeing TV programs intigrate 'fad' parenting
techniques into their shows, but to take it to the extreme of an entire
show concentrating on this issue? It worries me.
