Hi All,
I want to say Thanks for the posts, answers to my question. They
have, as usual, brought areas and ideas I had not even ventured or
thought of. I have to admit that one private post caused my heart to
pause - not pregnant - would be a blessing but I think one that verges
really, really, really close to a miracle.
On the Septuplets, one of my first thoughts was wouldn't it be great
down the road, when the babies have the respirator tubes out, if even it
is just once in a while every one of the babies received breastmilk -
and that was caught by the media. With seven babies, every baby nursing
just once a day, her milk supply would be tapped into more than many
singletons moms, allow their baby! I would love to see how the media and
artificial baby manufacturers react to this. But since I suspect she
will have the year's worth of SIN delivered before 24 hours have passed
(or at least a guarantee and coupons), that I do not see breastfeeding,
breast milk and septuplets used in the same sentence. Oh, just a small
vent - NBC's TODAY's graphic for the birth stories is 7 pink & blue baby
bottles - I am jumping from my e-mail to the 'Net to let them know how I
feel about it, why does bottle = baby?
