I am way behind in reading my posts, but on the subject of nursing students,
I just had to tell you ...........We had a nursing student who wanted to do
her "elective" with the lactation consultant. Apparently, the Board of
Nursing has a deciding "vote" on where students do their elective. This
particular elective request to denied............reason: "it wasn't clinical
enough"
Do they have any idea just how clinical and hands on a lactation consultant
is!!!!
