I have a mom whom I have worked with for 2 babies now. She conceived her
second born while exclusively nursing on demand and attachment parenting
at just 4 mos postpartum, and continued to nurse the first baby right
through the pregnancy to the second. She called me this morning--- the
infant is now three and a half months of age, mom is tandem nursing BOTH
babies, and she started her period this morning!  No LAM for her!

Other than saying she's awfully fertile, what is it that can cause some
women like her to start ovulating so soon? She describes herself as
having a baby "hanging off of one breast or the other all the time."  ;-)
