I hasten to say that what I wrote about neonatologists obviously is not
true for all neonatologists.  Ruth Lawrence and Larry Gartner are
obvious exceptions, as are many other neonatologists.

One of the non exceptions, about whom I was told at a conference I gave,
habitually refers to breastmilk as "pus".
