I have seen a similar case.  The mother practised marsupial mothering
(constant contact, very frequent feeds, family bed).  She became pregnant at
4 months. She tandem nursed in the same manner.  She became pregnant at 5
months.  She was a very fragile looking very slender woman who had little
difficulty with supply throughout her pregnancies.  Whenever I read the LAM
research I am reminded of this exception (someone is the 2/100.
