Hello again.  I want to thank you all for your advice about
     oversupply.  I am so used to undersupply!!!

     Now, another question.  talking to a mom who wants to nurse her second
     baby.  had supply probs with the first...  She has hashimoto's disease
     (a type of hypo-thyroid)...  wants to try to address the situation
     early....  her endicrinologist (HMO, can't change) is not very
     breastfeeding friendly so she has not gotten much advice there.

     any thoughts?
