I agree. One additional comment.  There is a difference between vomiting
(what Chris was doing, which is a problem) and spitting up (what is
actually more like a wet burp).  Moms often use "spitting up" to mean
either, so I'm very careful to quantitate how much, how often, etc. when I
see a child for "spitting up".  One is a laundry problem, the other is
medical.
