In my yellow pages, the topic Breastfeeding is listed.  Then under the
heading, it reads  " See Clincs, Hospitals and Birthing Centers"  When I
called to go under the title, I was told that it was not open for listing.
 (Once again I was astounded at how breastfeeding is held in our society.)

 I was told that this was a national telephone company decision and that we
could apply for that topic to be open for listing.  I said ...." by all
means, apply"  I figured other LCs would be thinking the same way and
"applying" for the topic to open for listing.

She never got back to me to let me know that I could list.

I thought maybe I could list under Clinics as "Breastfeeding" and my
number..... but I haven't done it yet as I work full time and don't know if I
can handle the calls..... will it be many... who knows ?

I am concerned about the expense the phone bill  will bring me and then a
possible overwhelm of calls.
