I have followed a couple of patients with lupus who breastfed. They
both (all) did well. The babies were not colicky, but they could have
been as a significant number of babies are. On what basis could any
study have shown that breastfed babies are "colicky". Probably a bunch
of nonsense.

There has probably never been a study done on breastfeeding and lupus.
Let the mother take a chance on life. There are no guarantees. A lot
of crap has been written in the books and in studies. As we all know.
