Must marriage counselors be married?
Do psychologists and psychiatrists have to experience mental illness to
qualify?
How about male OBs??????? (or childless female ones?)

In all of the above situations, I think personal experience can broaden
the perspective of the indivudual, but why should our profession require
personal experience when others clearly do not?

Very interested to hear how others feel.......
