I wrote to Swiss Chalet today. Here is a copy of my letter and their response:

"Dear Sir/Madame,

As a long-time and frequent customer of Swiss Calet, I wish to congratulate
you on your very pro-breastfeeding stance. A colleague of mine posted a
copy of the article from the October 1st Edmonton Journal, describing the
philosophy of the restaraunt to the 'Lactnet' list.

I also wish to express my pleasure at the manner in which my family and I
have always been treated during our visits to the Lower Sackville, Nova
Scotia, Swiss Chalet. I am a mother of four, and am currently breastfeeding
twins. The staff at this location have always taken great care to
demonstrate a pro-breastfeeding stance, even before the public announcement.

By taking this position, you have ensured my continued patronage of your
restaraunt chain. Thank you.
