Hi all,

Just wanted to share with everyone that my husband is back from his month
long trip to Vietnam. He looks about 10 lbs. lighter, which he can't afford
to lose. As it is, I end up being 10 lbs. heavier than him by the end of my
pregnancies! I wish I could share his experience with everyone. First time
back in 22 years. Of course, I drilled him on breastfeeding. With all the
businesses moving into the country I have been concerned about the formula
companies. He said not there yet, and breastfeeding is still going strong.
Besides, he said they could not afford it. I realized that we had to have
our little what the formula industry has done to third world countries talk.
Silly me, I thought after all my soapboxing, he already knew this. Guess
who was not listening?!

He brought back many paintings ( I am not sure if they are on silk----The one
I received as a wedding gift was on silk, but already framed, so I need to
take a closer look) of breastfeeding. I wish all of you could see these.
It's interesting how a culture who is very conservative about the exposure
of the body, is so open to breast exposure when it's related to
breastfeeding. The paintings are beautiful! Too bad he did not have time to
get the baby back sling I was hoping for. Just happy to have him back and
fairly healthy!

Aloha,
