Just had a call from a new LLL leader who is experiencing the excretion of
a clear fluid from her right breast from one pore and then milk coming from
5 other pores.
Her son nursed on both breasts for one year and then refused the right
breast. He is now 2 and has lately increased his drinking. The mother
noticed that her right breast was filling up. the child refuses to drink
from the right side, or does so "under protest." The mother is hand
expressing and each time notices the excretion of the clear fluid before
the milk. her doc. says she needs a mammography. 8 weeks ago her blood
was tested as well as a TPA (tumor marker). All ok.
What could this fluid be? Any and all ideas appreciated. Many thanks!
