I am not a dietician.  But I think what the dieticians need to know is
how different breastmilk (and breastfeeding) is from artificial feeding.
This is the dieticians' "bag", amounts of protein and stuff.  Hit them
with what's *not* in artificial baby milk--epidermal growth factor,
lactoferrin, antibodies, white cells, antiinflammatory agents etc etc,
with "you just can't add a bunch of long chained polyunsaturated fatty
acids (or iron, or zinc) to formula and then expect the same results as
with breastmilk".  I would go into depth on these things.

The other thing they need to know, because some of them will go on to
work with pediatric patients, is that breastfeeding and breastmilk *are*
appropriate for premature babies, cardiac babies and so on.

I don't know how much time you have, but I would also look at the risks
of formula feeding in *affluent* populations.
