according to both the women's vits and children's vit bottles in my house,
the RDA for vitamin D
is 400 IUs. anybody out there have even a ballpark figure on sun exposure
needed for that? yes, i know pigment, latitude, surface area exposed are
all variables, but i was just curious. as in alicia's post, this is coming
from the perspective of a dairy-restricted, sun restricted, exclusively
