It always makes me feel better to hear others confirm my gut feelings, including
the one I had on hearing about the relaxed uterus. I really have to wonder
whether anybody could ever convince me that there was truly a negative effect of
bf. There's so much misinformation based on faulty studies or no studies that I
do not trust anything that questions the benefits of continuing (or choosing) to
bf.

Kathleen A., I'd like to hear more from the conference on breast cancer and bf.
Any more tidbits for us??

As for weaning for a mammogram, it is sadly ironic that mothers are told to quit
a protective activity in order to have a test done that can't be accurate until
so long after the weaning as to allow a small tumor to take over....

SCENES WE'D LIKE TO SEE ON TV:

"If you or someone you love has been injured by wrongful weaning, contact the
law offices of I. M. Nursing, IBCLL (International Board Certified Lactation
Lawyer). You don't pay unless you successfully relactate....."

Have a nice day!
