Lactnuts,
Stringy milk comes from a duct that has become unplugged.  The condition
usually appears in the first few months.
I had them quite often with my first child, because I was engorged often.
I also had it with my second child.
Usually the baby spits out the string, which is why I would notice it.
This is actually the first baby I haven't had it with.

Anyone have any notes on the LLLI conference lecture on LC's and Leaders
working together?
