Our LLL group puts together 2 additional meetings each series to address
the concerns specific to mothers who return to outside employment after
giving birth.  These are the topics we cover.  We also invite our core
moms who are employed to share what has and has not worked for them.

-Making the decision to continue to breastfeed after maternity leave
-Anticipating employer/coworker response to the decision
-Special circumstances (nature and length of separation)
-Communicating with the baby's caregiver
-Brainstorming ways to minimize separation
-Pumping
-Evening hours: balancing family time with chores
-Morning rush
-Finding ways to ease the financial strains which force some mothers to
seek employment
