I read in Tom Hales book that Flagyl is contrindicated in breastfeeding.
I have a pt whos doc still has her on it ,she takes 4 tabels every
Friday and her Ob doc told her this was ok with breastfeeding.....

She took it last Friday and baby was very up set and cranky over the
weekend , this was her first dose since delivery and baby was only 6
days old at the time....

So now what do I tell her ? ? ?  I have a good rapport with her OB
doc.... but Im not sure what to say... any advice appreciated !
