Sarah Barnett asked about linde flower tea.  As far as I know, it is one
tea that may be enjoyed without a 2 cup limitation, in other words, as much
as one likes.  It is good to drink when you feel a cold come on.  Drink it
(with honey) and take a hot bath and then go to bed. Encourages the toxins
to sweat out.
