Hi all,
      Out of lurking mode...this was a topic of discussion at our Northern
Indiana Lactation Consultant Association (NINLCA) meeting this morning. 
One of our members had been contacted by phone by our current regional rep
months ago about the possiblity of  serving as a regional rep and was
interested.  She was told her name would be passed on and would receive
info, etc.  Never received a thing, and there is only one candidate for our
region listed.  We also noticed that almost all are RN's but think that is
probably coincidental (although our member is a non-RN  IBCLC with a
bachelor's degree).  Would anyone from ILCA care to comment?
