The concern with TB is only if the mother is sputum positive.  However,
the simple expedient of having her wear a mask while nursing should take
care of the risk of coughing tubercle bacilli on the baby.  Remember the
simple public health measures!

The stuff about formula for a blood sugar of under 40 is ridiculous.
Don't provide references.  Ask for references for treating with a drug
(ABM).  Sugar water with a lactation aid does just as well, as does
sugar water with a cup or finger feeding, *if the baby does not latch
on*.
