Bfing has been painful for whole 4 months, particularly at latch on.  Baby
>latches on and off, a couple of times has 'come off' nipple.

My 1st son did this. He had reflux. We guessed he was hungry; latched,
sucked, milk hit painful spot, he pulled off screaming. He was hell to feed
but gained weight fine (so everyone said there was no problem, but in my
view it was a mega problem). He was fine with solids.
