Hi folks,
I have written personally to Carolyn, as I could detect her disbelief of
the ban liftted on the Nrestle Company. For the Royal College Of
Midwives, an organisation which has such a high profile. This
organisation (RCM) has been setting the rules as per the World Health
Organisation and to whom the other organisations thoughtout the world
hold in high esteme.
How could they agree to condone removing the ban agreed to and signed
and sealed many years ago with all other formula comanies be lifted?
What has brought about this change in attitute, are we able to find out?
What chance do we have trying to change attitudes of qualified staff
when the RCM go along and condone a formula company, do they think we
should all follow this?
I am appalled, I know Carolyn must be feeling, I am astounded at this.
What can we do to as individuals to change this decision, we are all
under threat through this.
What are others thoughts?
Regards,
