My bottle of Einstein Jr. capsules says each one contains:

57 mg DHA (docosahexanoic acid)
14 mg EPA (eicosapentanoic acid)

The instructions say to take 3-5 capsules daily.  These are the ones for
children.

They also contain Vitamin E to prevent oxidation.
