Sometimes bureaucrats get a little crazy. A few years ago my cousin was not
allowed to wheel her baby in a stroller through the gambling part of a
casino to meet her husband in the restaurant, because children are not
permitted for premises licensed for gambling. She had to go the long way
via the road.
