I spoke to my husband who is an importer of chemicals and pigments.
Titanium dioxide is a pigment.  It is used for coloring tiles, cement
and even make-up.  It is not toxic.  The other chemicals aren't that
healthy for anyone to breathe - lactating or not.  We both feel that if
the mom wears gloves and a mask, there is very little exposure.
Certainly the benefits of breastfeeding outweigh the (most likely) very
small amount that could pass through the milk.  In any case, think of
all the junk we eat, drink and breathe on a daily basis...
