Greetings, Lactnetters,
It is my pleasure to announce the official opening of the Texas Department of
Health website for Breastfeeding Promotion.  There is a counter up.  It
currently stands at 26 visitors.  Let's see if we can put some mileage on
this puppy.

This is the result of Nancy Liedtke's hard work and creativity (separate from
the Blessed Event we are expecting from Nancy later this year).  There is an
