Dear Lactnetters,

Thanks to all of you who clued me into WNL; usually I can figure the acronyms
out from the situation they are being used in, but this one was tough for me.
 I was stuck on "it has to be 'with no...something' ", and had a real 'duh!'
moment there when I got your responses.  I appreciate all your kind comments
and helpfulness.  That's why Lactnet is so enjoyable!
