This drug gets into the milk in only tiny amounts.  The baby will
definitely get some, but very little.

I have followed two patients with lupus and both have done very well.
The fact the mother has the antibody which may cause neonatal lupus does
not impact on the breastfeeding.  Even if it does get into the milk (and
it is unlikely if it does not have the secretory factor), it would be in
tiny quantities and would not get into the baby's circulation.
