Although I am not referring specifically to the original poster on this
thread, many health care professionals involved in institutional
childbirth do not like working with Bradley couples *because* they are
so well informed and assertive. The course is big on consumer education
and allows birthing couples to make confident and informed choices. Many
big businesses (and hospitals/docs are no exception) don't like very
informed consumers.
