Judy, there have been posts about what was called "spaghetti milk". I
searched "spaghetti" and found a couple on this topic (along with several
references to spaghetti that had no connection with milk). I know that there
were more posts on the topic of what you are calling "thready milk" but I
don't know what to search for. The two that I did find were 8569 and 13062.

I just received more information by searching "stringy milk." 13416 19317 20305

I had a mom with mastitis who would express long strings of thickened milk
that looked like spaghetti from the breast that had the infection. This
continued until her infection cleared up.
