I have a similar situation as Jay Simpson. An L&D nurse called and wanted to
some info to show the hospital she was woking at and a nursery nurse about
the importance of not giving formula to a baby who is marked down as
breastfeeding.

This nurse gave the baby ABM during the night shift because she said she
could do her job the way she wanted (or something similar to that effect) and
she decided to give the baby ABM.

I've been looking in tons of stuff trying to find a REALLY GOOD paragraph or
two that says DON'T DO THIS. I have a nice page and a half out of Ruth
Lawrence's book that I"m going to read to this nurse that talks about nipple
confusion, etc.....but what I'm really looking for is a source that talks
about violating the mother's wishes.

Any help would be appreciated.
