I doubt that anything has ever been done on this question of baby
getting how much vitamin A if the mother is taking tons of it.  It seems
unlikely that much will get into the milk, or more than usually, and the
baby is safe.  It goes without saying that the baby should not take
vitamin A drops (or any other vitamins, unless he is at significant
risk).
