Hello Everybody,
A mom I know is going to a psychiatrist, she is looking for a
therapist and is "trying out" this doctor.  On her second visit, he
suggested that perhaps her problem was that breastfeeding her almost 2
year old son is a form of mental illness.  This mom is breastfeeding
her fourth child, she breastfed twins for 2 years before she was
pregnant with this baby and has no intention
of weaning in the near future.  She has asked me for info. to give to
this psychiatrist to educate him as to the benefits of breastfeeding
a 2 year old and to show him that it is indeed a "normal" thing to
do.  Anybody have any suggestions?
