Our Clinical Nurse Educator is unable to conceive ......she was disturbed to
hear that  a recent past employee that sought an LC job elsewhere had written
(at a previous employment) the job description for an LC at her hospital
"must" also have personal breastfeeding experience to qualify for an LC job.
 Our CNE is very caring and works well with breastfeeding mothers when we
need her to fill in.  I'd be interested in others views......Sharon Lemon RN,
