Chris:  Thanks for your suggestions.  The mother stopped wearing any bras,
she eats a normal diet, the only extraordinary thing is that she coaches
little league and uses her right arm a lot for pitching, and that's the
side her plug is on.  I think that this plus her hectic schedule and
inability to nurse the baby in various positions is the main problem.  You
mentioned chronic breast yeast.  How likely is that if only one breast is
