 Neither corn starch nor talc are recommended for use around (not even on)
babies because of the risk of inhalation.  Moreover, corn starch encourages
the growth of yeasts and other lovely little creatures.  Why use anything?
Air is an incredible thing...try advising moms to "air out" their babies
before diapering again.
