One of the counsellors of the dutch bf organization had this question
once and asked about it in our magazine. This mother had a strong
feeling on her throat as if something smuggled her and felt sad and
cried.

I replied that I didn't had this experience during letdown, but had 2
other similar experience. First was that for years I often cried after
having sex and also had a strong feeling on my throat. I contributed
this to my awfull sexual upbringing, I've allways been thaugth that sex
is bad.  I also contributed it to the sudden loss of 2 family members.
Since the oxytocine that relieves during sex is the same hormone as
during letdown, I thougth the above experience may have something
similar with that from the woman.

Second is that I had a strong feeling on my throat for a lot of
weeks after the death of my father.

Maybe this woman has a deep hidden negative feeling that breaks
through due to the relieve of the oxytocine in the body. Since the woman
feels aggression, maybe there is something she is very angry about,
something from long ago. Or something else in her past that has been
traumatic.
